Bowen treatments can be performed through light clothing.
I may ask you to undress to your underwear in order to better assess and engage the tissues for treatment.

How many treatments will I need?
* Some clients are successfully treated in one session, however mostly 3 sessions
are recommended for assessment and follow-up to determine the effectiveness of
the massage.
* It depends on the nature of muscle soreness and how much home care such as stretching and strengthening you are willing to participate in.
